Delivery within the UK
Our default courier is Royal Mail. We currently offer Tracked 48 & Tracked 24 postage within the UK. Postage fees are determined by the courier. If you would prefer your order to ship with a Courier please inform us before completing your order.

We currently deliver Retail Orders to overseas destinations using Royal Mail which is then passed onto your local Postal Service. The service is not tracked unless you select this option at checkout. If you would prefer your order to ship with a Courier please inform us before completing your order. You will be liable for any additional customs charges incurred as these are not calculated or included in the costs of your order.

We currently deliver Trade Orders to overseas destinations using DHL. This service is a tracked service. You will be liable for any additional customs charges incurred as these are not calculated or included in the costs of your order.
We are happy to provide a refund within 28 days of purchase. Products must be in a saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging. We will also refund delivery charges if we have supplied a faulty or incorrect item.
How to return a product
Please email us via the contact us page and let us know the reason for the return. We will send you a returns form, which must be returned with the product for a refund. We will also provide you with the return address.
Refunding your order
Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the item. Please make sure you get a proof of postage when you send it to us, and keep it until your refund has received.
Payments from debit/credit cards are available at checkout.
Currently PayPal is our primary payment method. PayPal offers many different ways to pay including debit/credit cards of many types, PayPal balance and Pay in 3 which means you can pay for your order over 3 payments.
This feature is mainly available for Trade Customers. If you select this option as a Retail Customer our Bank Details will appear on the screen once you've finished Checkout. We can't process your order until we see the Bank Transfer has been complete.
A deposit of £50 is non-refundable. Any refunds will be dependent on the vacant place being filled and at the discretion of IndigoBlu, but cannot be made within 10 days of the commencement of the workshop, Unfortunately, no exceptions. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your workshop a full refund will be made or an alternative date will be offered in lieu.
