Delivery within the UK
Our default courier is Royal Mail. We currently offer 1st Class & 2nd Class postage within the UK. Postage fees are determined by the courier and large orders may cost considerably more. Large order are shipped by a specialist service such as Hermes.
Delivery to the UK is free for orders over £25!
We currently deliver to overseas destinations using airsure which is a trackable service that takes 2 days. Price is by weight. You will be liable for any additional customs charges incurred as these are not calculated or included in the costs of your order.
We are happy to provide a refund within 28 days of purchase. Products must be in a saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging. We will also refund delivery charges if we have supplied a faulty or incorrect item.
How to return a product
Please email us via the contact us page and let us know the reason for the return. We will send you a returns form, which must be returned with the product for a refund. and will also provide you with the return address.
Refunding your order
Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the item. Please make sure you get a proof of postage when you send it to us, and keep it until your refund has received.
Payments from debit/credit cards must be done through PayPal at the checkout.
Currently PayPal is our primary and only payment method. PayPal offers many different ways to pay including debit/credit cards of many types and PayPal balance.
A deposit of £50 is non-refundable. Any refunds will be dependent on the vacant place being filled and at the discretion of IndigoBlu, but cannot be made within 10 days of the commencement of the workshop, Unfortunately, no exceptions. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your workshop a full refund will be made or an alternative date will be offered in lieu.
