The products on the website are organised by categories.

If you still can’t find what you’re looking for in the category we have a search bar at the top of our website. Put in any key words and all the relevant products should appear.

At the top of our website there is a “New Account” button – on mobile this looks like a silhouette of a person. Once you have clicked that you just need to put in your email address, then select “Continue”. Next you need to create a password. You’re all ready to go!

Creating an IndigoBlu Account enables you to:

  • View your order history
  • Track the delivery of your orders
  • Keep a Wishlist of all your favourite products
  • Create Event Reminders

For your security, IndigoBlu.com does not save any credit card information and will not under any circumstances share your personal data.

If you forget your password, click on "Your account" and then on "Forgot my password". An email will be sent to you to reset your password. Please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find the email, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you.

When you place an order, you will earn Loyalty Points. For each £1 you spend you’ll receive 1 Loyalty Point! Each Loyalty Point is then worth 5p. Save up your Loyalty Points and you can then use them at Checkout to pay towards your order value! If you want to use your Loyalty Points when paying just click the button that says, “Use Points”, in your Basket before Checkout.

That’s great, thank you. Simply go to the product you want to review, scroll down to underneath the description and there is a purple button that says, “Leave a Review”. Click that button and then you’ll be able to leave your review for the product!

All reviews need to be checked before being activated so please don’t worry if your review doesn’t appear straight away.
