Ordering Help

To place an order online, add a product to your basket by clicking “Quick Add” or “Add to Basket”. Once you’ve selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “View Basket”. Scroll down and you will see two shipping methods. Underneath “Select Delivery” please select your preferred shipping method.

If you have a discount code or voucher code please enter this into the “Coupon/Voucher” box in your Basket.

Once you’re ready to checkout, click “Checkout Securely” or “PayPal Checkout”. You can order online as a “Guest” although you won’t be able to track your order history. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email confirming your order (please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your Inbox).

When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track your package's shipping. Please check your spam folder for your email confirmation.

Most Stamps and Stencils are prepared to order. This is why our orders can take around 3-5 working days to complete.

We are happy to provide a refund within 28 days of purchase. Products must be in a saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging.

Please contact us via our message service and let us know the reason for the return - Contact Us.

We will send you a returns form, which must be returned with the product for a refund. We will also provide you with the return address.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method as soon as we receive the item. Please make sure you get a proof of postage when you send it to us and keep it until your refund has received. We unfortunately do not cover the cost of postage on returned items.
