Looks like foil!!!!!

So many uses for these powders, but I like to mix with a little water to make a thick paint. The result when dried is so shiny and what's the word.... LUSCIOUS!! When used to create borders on my cards, it almost looks like I have used foil.

What a lovely colour and I love the name. Mix with water or mix with paste to go through a stencil, etc, lives upto what it says on the jar, (lucious).

I adore luscious powders. The so good for so many different uses. From watercolour to just dusting to edging to mixing in resin adding to air dry clay once dry. I love them xx
