All Good Things Come in Threes

Hello and welcome! This is Ksenija and I am sharing today my project using Clearly Christmas collection from IndigoBlu. I am featuring Triple Parcel, as well as Season’s Greetings and Sheet Music from the red rubber stamps line.

I started with a gradual inking of the Sheet Music stamp in Distress Inks (Tumbled Glass, Stormy Sky and Chipped Sapphire) and leaving almost clean a part of the stamp, the place I wanted my parcels to go. Then I stamped solid line Triple Parcels inJet Black Ranger Archival Ink, coloured the images using Distress Markers (Picked Raspberry, Aged Mahogany and Tumbled Glass) and a water-brush, and let them dry completely. Afterwards I continued working on the background, sponging over Distress Inks (Stormy Sky, Chipped Sapphire and Picked Raspberry). To finish my card I stamped Noel from Season’s Greetings and the sketched line stamp from Triple Parcels using FlitterGlu and added Autumn Blaze Mega Flakes. I found Autumn Blaze looking specially striking being stamped over the very dark lines and combined with wine or bluish background.

  1. Love the vibrant colours which help to show off the gilding so well and that clever use of manuscript behind the parcels!
