Vitruvian Man Love

Hi everyone Clare here, have I ever mentioned my love for the Beautiful Mind plate?

I love love love! the DaVinci Vitruvian man picture, so you can imagine my delight when it appeared on my doorstep as an IndigoBlu rubber stamp.

I really love how this card came out, very masculine and the perfect birthday card to give to my college tutor. I started by texturing and embossing the background with brown olde world colours.

I did the same for the second layer, instead of embossing I used Lancashire Rose metal flake. Then the focal image of the Vitruvian Man was distressed with old paper distress. I coloured the cogs and gear with the metallic distress stains.
