Sylised Flowers

Hi everyone Clare here, which means it must be Friday, and its almost the weekend whoop whoop!

Today I have for you a card created for a friend of mine, it is pretty simple and quick utilizing the fabulous Lancashire Rose metal flake.

I had a devil of a time taking a nice photo of it for you, it has been dark and even snowing!

So to start I measured up a piece of Kraft card and made a layer, measured up a piece of white IndigoBlu stamping card for another layer. Stamped the Tall Grasses in Vintage Photo Distress Ink. Edged the white piece of card as Kay does on the TV with the Lancashire Rose flake.

I then cut out a large circle nestie, flaked the stylised flowers and the edge of the circle. Glued it onto a piece of Kraft card and carefully hand cut around the edge to create a mat. Stuck the circle down with 3d foam and done.

Fast, pretty card, winging its way to a lovely friend to cheer her up alittle!

The new challenge is live over on the challenge blog, and we are now doing a top 3, so head on over and see who won the grand prize!

Thanks for Visiting

Clare
