A Quick Post….Sorry…

Hi all, hope you are well.
Today I am just posting a quick post sorry, as things are a bit manic at the moment.
I had a lovely weekend demonstrating the fabulous new IndigoBlu stamps in Wolverhampton and Kidderminster, I met some great people and all went really well until 4pm…….
You just know when you hear your car registration over the loud speaker that all isn’t well!!!!!
What is it with handbrakes……A mini had rolled down the car park and got itself embedded in my back bumper….oh joy….
Luckily with the help of great staff, photos were taken, names and addresses exchanged and soon I was able to drive home….thanks to Charlie who was brilliant….
So now the phone calls start….you know what it is like….
On a brighter note, I did love my two days of playing….I mean demonstrating…here is one of my cards….
The main image is Elizabeth Bennet, I have stamped her in a lovely memento ink…Gray Flannel, added a little colour with ProMarkers and then some glitter.
The background was simply made by random stamping using, Vintage Flourish and Itsy Bitsy Background stamps……I used the Gray Flannel again and Peacock Feathers Distress ink.
A length of ribbon, couple of flowers and some hat pins finishes off the card…
Thanks for reading this and remember about our Blog Challenge…..great prize to be won….and as someone once said……..you have to be in it, to win it!!!!!!
I am signing off now,
Happy Crafting….Jo. X
